  From Australia, I don't believe we have duty for gifts or samples. To post my block to Ruth (inside Australia)I just put in an ordinary mail envelope and put two normal postage stamps on it to make sure I covered the costs. PO man said it was too much. From State to State in Australia there is no duty. Not sure how it will go sending parcel to PJ but can not see a problem. I have sent many parcel to US and will just declare Fabric Pieces/Gifts.
