Noodle Shuffle: 7/13/08

Maybe do a block, such as, double 4 patch, or broken dishes, etc, in what ever fabric for that 2 month period, such as floral or batik, 1930 or 1800's. for the exchange. Then we would just have to put the quilt together. I am doing this in a batik club I belong to, I will post what I have made and what I have received. I do 15 6 1/2 in. block every to months. So is final count still 8? So send an even dozen and see what we get eh?
They are washed and pressed, waiting to be cut.
Was showing everyone to day at the charity quilt meeting all my xmas ornaments, trying to get something like that started in our guild.
Also told them about the site and the noodles swap.

I agree next year the time for new ideas,
I was just planting a seed for ideas for the future.

Even just 3,4, or 5 inch squares from the scraps, and exchange 10 each or something along that idea would work, and if we mail directly then there is no extra charge to any one person.
