Re:Last List for 1930\'s here we come!!!

  • Re:Last List for 1930\'s here we come!!! - 2008-05-24 19:18:01-04
I have received your noodles yesterday Joy and they are correct. 22 noodles and are they cute!!
The last list I put in to forum somehow did not print out the way I had typed it and I checked it twice. But somehow it put a couple of rows together and dtraut got added to Joy. Joy was in for one set of Noodles.
Joy thank you for my ornament square too.
I will type the list again just so each person knows what they signed up for:

    dtraut x 2
    Joy of quilting
    Lillibet x 2
    struth x 2
    suzyQ.2 x 2
    JHPym x 2
    usannda x 2
    Helena x 2
    Sunshine Quilter x 2
    cobrajetjohn x 2
    plus Auction 3 = 22
I thought auction 3 so as to have an equal amount of noodles.

Hope everyone has got the correct information.
    Cheers Joyce

    Hi Joy,
You got it right, send in 22 noodles for each time you are signed up for.
I see you are in for a double shuffle so you should be sending 44 noodles in total.

I will try to clear up the confusion on the other. The x3 that everyone is discussing are the extra noodles being sent for auction. There will be 19 of every set of noodles to be sorted and mailed out to people participating and 3 will be held back to auction. Again, since you are in for a double swap, for you that will be 38 to be sent out and 6 held back for auction.

Soooo, 19 different sets coming in to the hostesses, times 3 extra noodles each should equal about 57 noodles to bid on.
    Clear as mud???

    Hope so. Hugs,
    Anna

You're right Suzy. Left my banking head at work! Still want in that auction though, even if it will be 2 lots I guess. (I like lots in mine) but they will probably do 3 lots. Love the fabrics.

Sorry Anna, overdid it last time, waiting for 1930's. Beach isn't my thing unless I am physically walking on the sand. Car in for oil change today, and so far the bill is $950.00, so lucky I already have the noodle fabric ready to send.

What if I show you what that lovely fat quarter will look like? I guess I always knew I was terrible at keeping secrets and have just been itching to show you anyway. hehehe.
So come on now folks, bidding is fun.

One more Noodler has added to the list:Lillibet x 2

    struth x 2

    Joy of quiltingdtraut x 2
    usannda x 2
    Sunshine Quilter x 2
    JHPym x 2
    SuzyQ.2 x 2
    cobrajetjohn x 2
    Helena x 2
Action Noodles x 3     =  22 Noodles required of each fabric.  Ruth I will sort out yours, I will swap your doubles and add a couple of noodles from my stash of 1930's then all will get different fabrics.I think it is now time to stop adding names.  This list is the final list for this shuffle.Noodle auction will now be 19 noodles x 3 you send 3 extras of each fabric you send.  Plenty for Auctions.Cheers Joyce

Joyce that only gives 27 for the auction. Leave it as one and I will bid now. I loooove 1930's. I'll give $20 for the 1930's auction noodles.

I took some magazines to browse through this afternoon while at the hospital and guess what? I found 4 different patterns for Dresden plates, broken dishes, etc that would be just perfect for this shuffle of fabric. Now I have to choose which one, finish a couple dozen other things I have promised to get done, find some time and voila, I'm ready to go. They will be fun to look at and fondle until that day comes though, wont they?!
From one noodle nut to another,
    Hugs, Anna
