Some of you might remember I put 2 fabrics in the country swap and gave the 2nd set to my friend Jill for her birthday. Well today at Wyndham Patchworkers she showed off the lapquilt she'd made with them and I have to say it looked terrific, and such a simple idea. She simply sewed enough noodles together to make a giant post and rail block the size of a noodle square. Then sewed the four blocks together. Quick, easy and very effective. I will try and get a photo from her to post, but I just had to share it with you all.
Joy
A noodle shuffle is a great way for quilters and people interested in quilting to swap Noodles (2-1/2 inch strips of fabric). Members of a noodle shuffle send each other fabric to use in their quilts.
