  Joy, you have the right philosphy - my husband's schoolhood (60 years plus) and best friend's wife just died of cancer (ovarian) after putting up a valiant 8 years of fighting. She believed, fought, and finally lost. Thank you for your note below. It makes one think really hard before turning the page.
