I'll bid $23, can always use more fabric.
Anna re 'cheesecloth' I think it was used to wrap the cheese in to harden, you know how the rind has a woven pattern on the outside. The fabric needed to be loose to drain and dry out the cheese or it went mouldy.
(Useless fact no 255 from Joys store)
